I have a 2014 t&c. Horn and radio switches on steering wheel don’t work. Fuses seem ok. Is there a plug in relay for that? Which one?
More than likely the problem is with the clock spring behind the steering wheel.

The clock spring is what allows the connection from the steering wheel to the rest of the vehicle.

I would have to say the clock spring is very likely the trouble but before getting into it make sure power is getting to the proper points.
