AC and heater stopped working
With the limited info you gave.
The first thing i would check are the fuses and relays.
if they are good, it might be the AC/Heater Control unit that is bad.
your local dealer will have a scan tool to check it out.
also, I think There was a computer update for the HVAC that fixed it. See below to check if your Charger needs an update
Log on to the Dodge webpage and see if there are any UCONNECT firmware updates for you to install!
This might correct the issues:
Do you hear the hvac blower motor fan blowing? Does any air , even tepid, come out of the vents?
