have a 2013 Buick Enclave, had to change out my rear blinker cause it went out, so i replaced both, and i still get the hyper blinker (blinks very fast), checked all my lights and all are working, don’t know what the problem could be.
You still have a burnt out bulb somewhere.

What type bulbs did you install? Did you match the bulb number (e g. 1157) with the bulb type specified in the owner’s manual? You didn’t per chance install LED bulbs did you? These bulbs draw less current than the regular incandescent type and cause the turning signals to blink more rapidly.

thanks for answering, appreciate it. I did install LEDs, so after looking into it I would need a load resister to compensate for the extra load. again thank you
If it was my car, I would remove the LED bulbs and go back to the regular incandescent bulbs specified in your owner’s manual.
