My SAT and AUX button on my 2012 Mazda3i Touring 6spd 59K miles stopped working. They are lit up but when pushed they do not show up on the dash display. The CD, AM, FM buttons work fine. How did you fix it.
Unfortunately I suspect that this is probably a repair that will require a trip the dealership to fix
dealer’s likely response is "you will need to replace entire unit, we are happy to sell it to you for $xxx.99
I would look for some electronics repair shop or car audio shop, not for dealer
if SAT / AUX buttons are next to one another the problem may be as trivial as some detached/worn connection
