suspension issues car is ridings very low , no rear shocks
I believe your vehicle has Air Suspension. it could be leaking, a broken electrical wire or have a bad pump motor. I would check the fuses and relays first to see if one is bad. if they are good then you will have to have it looked at further.
Your car has air springs around the shock absorbers on all 4 corners. Likely the rears have failed. There are kits to replace them with coil spring and shocks for less money than re-build air spring units.
