Do you know if you have air suspension in the front?
This should have air suspension and it could be that at 15 years of age a leak has developed around the air strut boots in the front. Just like tires and belts, air suspension rubber degrades over time and leads to dry rot.
I have no affiliation with the company but you might try American Air Suspension for further advice and any replacement parts. That’s all they do;air rides. I believe (not sure) they may have a rental diagnostic tool available to read air ride codes and so on. Pricey I’m sure.
