Drivers power reclining seat is stuck in the fully reclined position. Is there a way to manually override and bring the seatback to the near upright position?
You can try to power up the recliner motor direct from the battery direct to the wire at the connector under the seat. The rear motor is the recliner motor. Trace those wire forward to the connector. Add power and ground, if the motor tries to recline further, reverse the polarity, it should rise.
If the motor is broken, the seat must come out.
Does the motor make any noise when you try to move the seat? Have you tried pulling on the seat to reduce the load on the motor?
