my master window switch will not lower the passengers window from the driver side but it will close the window from there. only the passengers control will lower it. can the master switch be bad?
Yes, or a wire in the door is broken. The switch is more likely.
I had the same problem with my 2012 Acadia. It was under extended warranty, but the repair report listed that they had to replace the master switch. Was not a wire problem, but that was a suspect.
