2011 Acadia-the driver front window controls do not work. Driver’s side window won’t go down, passenger window will only go up with driver side control. Suggestion?

Sounds like the driver side switch module needs replacing. Once you remove it from the car, you can confirm pretty easlty with a voltmeter if that is, indeed the problem. Or just replace it anyway, they are cheap (and old) enough.
