I presume it actually says “StabiliTrak.” That’s a safety system that helps you steer when there is limited traction like in bad weather. It’s a complex system and that warning is telling you one of myriad things is out of kilter. Take it to a dealer or a good independent shop.

Sometimes that message doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with the stability system. That system won’t work unless all the engine, transmission, and brake inputs are correct. Could be one of those is the actual culprit. The computer diagnostic codes should provide a good clue what’s up.
