Toyota Sequoia ABS light, Trac Ctrl on and VSC Off light flashing starts flashing shortly after starting vehicle and starting to drive. Verified loss of ABS. Turned vehicle off and back on. Only ABS light is on. After starting to drive, ~ 20 feet, ABS light goes off at the time I hear an actuator or something kick in, and verified I now have ABS. This has happened several times. Codes are C0273 and C1251 per Toyota dealer. Telling me needs ABS actuator for $3300
