Thinking of purchasing a 2009 Pontiac G6 hardtop convertible with 60,000 miles from a dealer. Not sure if it is a 2009-1/2 or if it is a GT or GTP. I’ll let you know.
I really like my G6. I’d buy another one tomorrow if they still made them. Drives like a large car, comfortable, most of the options you’d want, 28-30 mpg, and with the V6, it’ll get up and move fast. There were some quirks and recalls so maintenance history is important to know. Also parts are different for the convert and it may not have the 3.5 engine.
I liike my G6, but it has one serious flaw. I had no trouble with the BCM until I took it in for recall service. Then various electrical systems gradually began acting up over the next two years, and I had trouble getting my dealer to fix them under recall. GM was very quick about getting me a check when I filed with them.
