I have a 2009, F-15, 4x4, 181,000 miles. one morning I start the thing and get ABS, brake, and the squigley tire thing you see when you lose traction. How much trouble am I in?

If you have a red brake light illuminating there is a very dangerous situation and shouldn’t be driven until repaired. Otherwise it could be just a speed sensor, but it is harder to determine without knowing the codes. If you get your codes and post them here, it might get narrowed down further.
