2008 Honda CR-V - Stutter and sputter

have a car problem,
I have to feather, press gas pedal to get car to start, has to turn over many times, then will
Stutter and sputter. Then Rev up
And run perfectly.if I restart it right away it starts and runs right away like it should,
If I wait 10mins or so it’s right
Back to the hard/stutter/sputter
Start condition.
HELP! Losing my mind… lol
I have replaced many parts
Especially what the Computer
Codes said to.Thx.

Instead of throwing parts at it, take it to a good independent shop and describe the problem.

Computer codes are not an indication of what to change. They are what the ECU reads as a problem. Nearly every code has several things that can cause the code to set. A real mechanic understands this and diagnoses the actual cause before just throwing parts at the problem. I think whoever is working on your car is throwing parts at the problem.

You need a better mechanic as @davepsinbox_157004 is telling you.

The next time you go to start the car, turn the ignition switch on so the dash lights come on for two seconds, and then turn the ignition switch off.

Repeat this a half dozen times and then try starting the engine.

If the engine starts right up, it points to a problem with the anti drain-back valve on the fuel pump.
