The bulbs are good front and back on the Lt side and they still do not blink. Just get the rapid blink when you turn it on at the switch. I do not believe there is a blinker relay on this model. Any Suggestions?
Could be bad ground.
Try replacing the lamps anyway Try them with your foot on the brake and with your foot off and again with the parking lights on.
