A New Front Driver’s side window regulator has been installed. The window goes up and down, but three days later, nothing happens, and the window is stuck half open with no motor noise. All the other window regulators were replaced and are working. Replace a second window regulator on the driver’s front window. The same results as the first regulator.
Perhaps the problem isn’t the window regulator, but instead a problem with an electrical switch or another wiring problem. Suggest to ask your shop to verify the input voltage to the window motor is correct.
Note: I’m just a knucklehead diyer, no Jeep experience. Best of luck.
Jeeps have had a problem with window regulators for a few years around your jeep. I believe mostly with a plastic piece in the regulator breaking. I think there was a TSB released about it and an extension on the warranty to 7 years. not that will help you now.
On your problem now I first would check any window fuse for that window. also check the wiring going to that motor. It also could be that the regulator broke and is jamming the window in that spot and forcing the motor not to turn and the reason you don’t hear the motor spinning over.
The link below is a jeep forum explaining this problem and other jeep owners with regulator problems. there might be some useful info there for you

Have someone check the wires in the rubber conduit between the body and the door of the vehicle.
Since it’s the drivers door, it’s the one that gets used the most so these wires have a tendency to break from being constantly flexed.

If there is no motor noise, then I agree with previous thoughts that you’re looking at a bad switch or wiring issues.
Was this done by an auto shop? If so, then what did they have to say about it? And hopefully, they checked that power was making it to the switch (if not = wiring problem), and getting through the switch when used (if not = switch problem). With a vary basic/cheap voltmeter, it’s pretty easy to check those things.
