lost power steering. I changed the entire rack assembly w/new electric pump and torque sensor. There is no change at all the power steering still doesnt assist. is there a relay I can change or test?
Changing a rack on a hunch is a very expensive form of diagnosis. You need to get a copy of the Factory Service Manual and follow the very specific diagnostic steps it contains.
