I think OP meant Power Steering Pump.

Or maybe the water pump?
People might disagree with me and a few years ago I would have to but if it’s the fuel pump buy a new one from eBay. They are $30 bucks on eBay for that truck and mine worked great. It lasted a few years and is probably still working today with the new owner. Fuel pumps are $300 and up in the store.
