Tried it with the car running, ignition ON, OFF. But, no luck. The NAV maps appear working fine. I may have to take it to an autoshop, hmm…

Have you looked in the owners manual for instructions ?

Yes, the owners manual has no mention of the hidden DVD unit, (under the carpet), map upgrades etc, etc. I’ll double check.

Yes, I viewed the video. I’m planning on taking it to a auto shop or dealer this weekend.

I looked at the 2021 from Acura in parentheses and thought it was the year of the RDX. Guess not.
