06 Tacoma the roof paint has been peeling up and the roof rusting
Old Toyota—common. Paint it or forgeddaaboutit.

Once you get the finish repaired, repainted, it will stay that way longer if you
- park out of direct sunlight as much as possible
- rinse off the surface dust and grit that accumulates once a week with a garden hose
- thoroughly wash and wax the car twice per year
Very common on Blue Toyota Corollas around that year… I had to have the top of mine repainted years ago… The rest of the paint was still good…
