i have the same problem paint is coming off on my 2014 Toyota Corolla S
I’m afraid that the rust star soon.

Then have it painted, bare metal will rust.

Just a wild guess, is your Corolla white? If so, go to the dealer and keep all your records. The paint defect program is likely to expand.

If your car’s paint color is Blizzard Peral or Super White, the paint warranty has been extended to 10 years from the date of first use.
