How to I Fax a DTC P0700 AND P1776. I was advised that
its a software problem and my PCM need updated. Does this
problem have a TSB ?

Not sure what that sentence means .
A dealer can answer if you qualify for an software update or if you have to pay for it.
By whom? And why won’t you update the software? If that is all it takes, should be quick and easy and cheap. But I doubt that is the solution.
