2005 bmw 325i sport ebrake on push on trunk lid squeak, no ebrake, no squeak any fixes?
Probably the shoes moving just a few thousandths of an inch and rubbing the backing plates when you press on the car.
Next time you replace the rotors, make sure there is a trace of heavy grease where the shoes touch the backing plates.
Until then, I would live with it because it is pretty tough to get the rotors off without damaging them if they have been on for a while.

Don't push on trunk lid.
It’s not an “e” brake, it’s a PARKING brake. Use it every time you park the car and don’t worry about the squeak.
