Hi. I have a 2003 Toyota Camry that seems to have possessed locks. All the door locks have always unlocked by pressing the remote unlock button twice. Lately, at random that feature is not working. It’s only unlocking the drivers door. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I thought that it might be the remote battery but when the remote won’t unlock all the doors the unlock button on the door won’t unlock them either. I have to go back to the stone age and unlock them manually using the button on the door I want to open. But, it doesn’t do this all the time, just sometimes. What’s up with that? Any ideas. PLEASE don’t say it’s a wiring problem…cha-ching if it is.

It may not be a wiring problem but it does sound like it may be a switch problem.
