Who knows! I hope you didn’t use a pressure washer to clean the engine because thats the worst thing you can do.Water gets everywhere… electric parts,fuse box etc, even if covered with plastic bags.
It starts OK but doesn’t keep running? Maybe the oil pressure sender is wet and that keeps the fuel pump from running.
Check the air filter box. It may be full of water.
