My 2003 Chevy Cavalier started cutting out and shut off when i would stop…I changed the plug it seem to get worst…And would only go 10 mile a hour and die every time i stop…Now it wont even start…Does anyone know what it could be wrong with it??
There’s a long list of things that could cause this, but I’m going to suggest one of them for a start (no pun intended).
A faulty fuel system : perhaps a bad fuel pump or clogged fuel filter or even moisture in fuel.
Has the CEL come on on the dash? If so, have the code(s) read (almost any auto parts store will read these for free) and post the numbers back here for further assistance.
Had the codes check and it show nothing…The fuel pump and the filter was changed not long ago.
