Car’s steering wheel vibrates when accelerating at low speed. There is also a “thud, thud, thud” noise when accelerating at low speed also. Thank you.
You ,may have a tire that a belt has shifted. A tire shop should be able to determine where the problem is.

An inexpensive test is to rotate the front and back tires and see if the problem changes. If it does, that points to the tires. If not, it might be suspension related.
