I have a 4 cylinder 2002 Honda Accord SE 4 door and need a compact spare tire ASAP. Dealer price is high. Does anyone know if spares from Accords from other years would fit?
You’re local auto recycler should have limited spare tire for your vehicle. The last one I purchased cost $10.00.

As Tester suggested, contact your local junk yard. They probably have a stack of them.
Your tire well may fit a full service spare too. If so, a steel wheel with an inexpensive full service tire may be a cheaper alternative. It would definitely be safer.
