How do I reset the change oil light soon light on this 2001 grand prix?
Turn the ignition switch to the run position, (dash lights on), and step on the accelerator 3 times within 5 seconds.

Mine in my tC resets by putting the key to “on” and pressing the trip odometer button until the sequence of indicators “counts down”. If the suggested accelerator method doesn’t work, you may want to read your instructions in your owner’s manual.
