An auto glass shop will also replace them, usually for less then dealer. Get some other estimates. getting the inside dorr panel off is the main problem, is it the motor or the other piece that needs replacing, if you hear the sound but no movement it is not the motor.
With the proper tools and experience it isn’t hard at all but if you have to ask the question then you probably are not up to it.
