My Horn and radio control knobs on the steering wheel will only work when the wheel is roughly in the 5 o`clock position. Does any one know what may be the cause and how to remedy it.
It’s not an uncommon problem.
It’s your clockspring.
Soon, your SRS (airbag) light will be on too.
It’s not very expensive, but the steering wheel has to be removed to replace it.

No, a good independent could do it as well. Just stay away from chains like Pep Boys.
