For some reason i keep blowing no.11 fuse
Are you referring to the distribution box under the hood or the interior fuse box?
Does that fuse supply anything in the tailgate?
That fuse protects the circuit for the rear window defogger.

In that case, I’d start by looking at the wires that pass from the body into the tailgate, as they might have cracked where they flex when the tailgate is opened and closed.
