1999 Grand Cherokee Rotors

Have replaced front rotors twice in 12 months. Rear rotors in 18 months. Rebuilt calipers, twice, both, by dealer and local shop. But, rotors/brakes smell hot after a shot ride/use. No one has any ideas. Has to have something to do with brake pressure. Help please!!!

Have you had the rubber brake lines replaced yet?
They degrade over time, and it is possible that something inside the line has flaked off, and is partially blocking the fluid from flowing back to the master cylinder, if there is in fact a problem with the brakes, that is.

Also, there are rubber parts in the master cylinder, that might have worn out over the years. Might want to consider replacing it to see if it is the cause of the issue.
