My Suburban has remote start. the remote start works but I cannot control my doorlocks from the remote,also the interior lights do not work by opening the door you must turn them on useing the switch on the dash. are these issues possibly related? How should I start diagnosing these problems
Do the doorlocks work with the keyfob? If they do then something is wrong with the remote starter system or lock wiring portion of it.
Check to see if there is a switch on the domelight to turn the light off for the door operation?
