car has less than 28K miles; starter, neutral safety switch, battery, part of the engine harness renewed & fuses replaced/reset by dealer; intermittent starting problem of unknown origin. All 12 VDC systems operable when car refuses to start. Dealer has not yet replaced the ignition switch. comments please.
