Kia sephia intermittently starting

turn the key sometimes- nothing. sometimes 5 seconds, the longest was 35 minutes always starts, but you never know when. it’s not battery, starter or solenoid. it’s an automatic, 90k miles Moving the shifter does nothing to help. it is a real stumper.
