In cold weather, when I use my turn signal on my 1998 Honda Accord, it will not work until it has been on for 5 to 10 seconds. The right turn signal seems to take a little longer to come on than the left one. I have replaced the flasher and the bulbs are working. What else could it be?
It could be wiring, power, grounds, switch.
