My sons 1998 Blazer power windows only work from the driver door controls. The driver door controls will open all windows, but the windows will not operate from any other door control. Example: The front passenger or any passengers in the back seat can’t open their windows.
Perhaps the window lock out switch is broken or in the lock position.

Lockout Switch
Four-door vehicles have a lockout feature to prevent
passengers from operating the power windows. It is
located on the driver?s door armrest. Press LOCK to
activate this feature. Press NORM and the windows will
return to normal operation.
