Hi i have a 1995 jeep Cherokee Laredo 4wd
i got stuck in a puddle 2 days ago and ever since that my tranny is messed up i got a new tranmission filter kit+new gasket and i did 2 tranny flushes on it. If i put the jeep in drive it starts out at 2nd. but if i start out in 1 then switch to 2 and then drive it works fine.
i cant seem to see what the problem is.
My tranny fluid HAD alot of water in it when i did everything with it but its all cleared out now. but like i siad it will switch threw gears manually but not automatic so any suggestions? please
Also When going manually tranny does not Slip or have a hard time going in it goes right into gear
