1986 Ford F150 windows

I have a problem with both door windows. The passenger window will go down but it struggles to go back up. Like it’s binding. I replaced the rubber but it didn’t help.
The driver side window was working intermittently. I repacked the switch but it didn’t help. The grey plastic block the switch plugs into was cracked. I tried gluing it but that didn’t help, now the window won’t work at all. I don’t know what the grey block is called but I can’t find it online. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

The grey block is a power window switch connector. Try to see if the Ford dealer can get you a replacement. Don’t be surprised if they can’t.

The poor thing is 22 years old! Time to buy a new motor and regulator assembly if you have already replaced the switch and the connector that attaches it and it is still slow.
