why is my 500 so slow on taking in fuef? I don’t believe that it is the breather and I have the same problem all over.(tripping out the gas gun) It is a nuisance to take so long to fill.Have to stand there and trickel it in.
This vehicle should still be under warranty. Take it to a Ford dealer and have it repaired. The condition you describe is not normal, and the dealer should correct it for you, free of charge.
If you have been in the habbit of topping off your tank(putting more gas in after the first click-off), then you might have damaged the evap. system. Take it to the dealership and have them look at it.
