I wouldn’t. This is one of the ugliest monstrosities I’ve ever seen. I think Ford should sue them for defamation of character for calling it a Mustang. I just don’t see it. Well,I wish I could I see it.
No, but I could be convinced to push it over a cliff.
I agree 100%… And no I have no desire to drive one/it…
I think Ford lost that right when they slapped the Mustang name on a 4 door SUV thingy…
A custom one-off “Mustang”?
Yeah, Ford is just going to ignore that horrible thing even exists!
I know old school panel beaters use wood forms to shape fenders. Seems like a lot of work. And bondo.
With the proper tools that you can even have in your home garage, if you need a lot of Bondo, you are doing it wrong, metal shapers can metal finish every panel on a given car with only a thin film of Bondo needed…
It is a lot of work.
And NO Bondo. None. It did not exist until the 60s. No lead either. A skilled panel beater can make the body completely smooth with hammers, planishers and an English wheel.
edit: Take a look at the museum Porsche 718 liked here. There is NO paint on this aluminum bodied car… and no Bondo either. Notice how smooth the body is. It is made from hand formed aluminum sheets over a wooden form gas-welded together. Skills!
Yikes!
It’s a toss-up whether that abomination or Tesla’s Cybertruck is the ugliest monstrosity… ever.
Wow, a new low.
The Must-Ram is in the category of a crime against humanity…
At least one person likes it. Otherwise, why would Sheik Yerbouti have accepted delivery?
Points for the Frank Zappa reference
He’s one of my all time favorites!
“Watch out where the huskies go, and don’t you eat that yellow snow.”
There’s a statue of Frank Zappa in the Highlandtown area of Baltimore. When it was revealed, his wife was present and thanked the people that erected it. He spent his first ten years in Highlandtown then the family moved to California. His allergies were a lot better after the move. Yes, he took drugs!! For is allergies. Otherwise, no. Imagine all those songs written stone cold straight.
As long as it stops and goes reliably I would drive it.
I think the cybertruck has set a new low on how ugly a car could be. Not to mention the crazy price.
If I was given a choice between the cybertruck or this one, it would be the Ford.
I might drive it ONCE, in a controlled environment, with all the safety gear, to ensure I didn’t kill myself
But it’s not really my style
