on the feb.6th show you had a guy with no wiper action. you told him to check the linkage or to use a mulimeter. ray was about to say how to use it when he was cut off and it was never told. how do you use it to see if the motor is shot?
I’d guess they mean to use the multimeter to verify that +12V is getting to the motor (or, more accurately, to the control box attached to the motor) and that the ground connection is good. To troubleshoot the control box or the motor itself you probably have to remove the motor and start taking things apart, and the troubleshooting is probably beyond the technical level that Tom and Ray would assume.
