My fianc?e has this old 1998 HONDA CIVIC. It has about 80 or 90,000 miles on it, but we have never had any real problems with it. Yesterday the windshield wipers started going by them selves and we can’t get them to turn off short of pulling the fuse. ANY ADVICE or SUGGESTIONS?
Likely a bad wiper switch or a possible short in the same wiring.
Its either the switch or the relay inside the wiper motor. Most likely just going to have to replace the motor.
I would guess the park switch inside the wiper motor has broken.
