I have a 1998 Dodge Neon. This past week I have started to have the craziest issue ever:
*When the car comes to a full stop (stop sign, light, etc.) the windshield wipers come on.
*When the AC comes on (including to defrost windows) the windshield wipers come on.
*Once the windshield wipers come on the wiper fluid stops working.
*The windshield wipers work fine otherwise and when I turn off the AC or begin moving the stop going off until I toggle them on.
All my fuses are fine. Help!
We had a Dodge caravan with a similar problem. It turned out to be the body control module.
