year 94 at times after turning off engine then when coming to try & start it.it would turn over but not start.played with the relays(cutout) then it would sometimes start.later it would cutout while driving it sometimes.now it turns over but won’t start.don’t hear the fuel pump run or have spark or voltage to the distributor.replaced the cutout relay still won’t start. HELP!!!
