I would like to purchase one of your purple CarTalk baseball hat with greasy fingerprints. I know a lot of people would love to have one. Will it ever be available again?
Probably not, the last new show was in Sept. 2012, everything after that has been a repeat.
Then Tommy passed away in Nov. 2014.

Click on the Car Talk icon on the top left of the page and go to the bottom. Quick Lins does not show Shameless Commerce and that is where you could buy swag like the hat.

I have the coffee mug. Upper left corner. I rescued it from an ill fate. 10 years ago I found it among a desultory collection in a curbside cardboard box while walking my dog, scheduled to be hauled away by the garbage trucks the next day … lol …
I know all that but the Shameless Commerce Division is still there.

Well good luck. It wouldn’t be hard to make your own. I went through this 15 years ago when I broke my yellow and black coffee mug from npr. I found rockler has a great alternative.
