I just had ball joints replaced both sides on a Ford 2000 taurus SE now its whistling like a bird when I brake and off brakes could this be the brakes? Could anything been put back wrong from replacing ball joints?

Of course, it could be a coincidence, but it probably isn’t. I recommend you go back to where the work was done and tell them about this symptom.
