Was Tom ever in the Ally McBeal show?

I was watching an old episode of Ally McBeal, and at the end of the show, there was a person shown, briefly but close up, that really looked like Tom Magliozzi. Did he make an appearance on that Ally McBeal?

I know this is short notice, but if anyone gets the Reelz channel, at 11:00 AM EST, that episode is on. The appearance by the person I think could be Tom is at the end of the show.
