2007 Rabbit shakes quite hard when i accelerate mainly on any type of incline and only between 35-60 mph. When i take it to the shop they cant find a problem. Any advice?

Inspect the axles. Jack up the front of the car and turn the wheels. Check the CV boots.
Sounds like an inner CV joint may be defective. If one of the axles has a vibration damper installed, it may also be the problem.
